OVERVIEW

Collaborating with project managers, developers, and internal representatives, I contributed to designing improved tools for managing our academic partnerships. We began with Academic Desk, an internal tool to support our team’s work with academic clients. Later, we adapted this tool into an external-facing platform, Academic Portal, which empowers academic administrators and faculty to manage various aspects of their Logos products, significantly reducing challenges faced by our internal representatives.
